Payment can only be made after nominal registration. The nominal registration phase will run from January 15 to February 15. Until March 15 the payment and confirmation of registration will be made.
It is only possible to issue an invitation letter to obtain the necessary visas for Portugal, before the embassies, after the nominal enrolment and respective first payment.
There is no limit number for each delegation. Extraordinary cases will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
If the games are postponed the payments made will be returned or if the delegation prefers it is already in deposit for the new date.
No. It is a festival of various sports and mainly traditional games. As it is a world sports meeting for all, it does not have a competitive aspect. Registrations are not open to individual participants, only to official entities and representatives of countries or members of Tafisa.
You should contact the Tafisa Organizing Committee to solve the problem and to be able to make a new registration later.
Participants in the TAFISA 2021 games must bring their own equipment, unless the sport has representation in Portugal that can provide the specific equipment.
Federations will have a few hours of use of stands during the days of the fair. Only after we have collected all the requests we will make the distribution of the timetables over the days of the Games.
Regarding the 7th World Sports Games for All, TAFISA 2021 is preparing an adequate contingency plan for the event, in accordance with the rules of the General Direction of Health.
What we can report is that there will be a contingency plan and various risk mitigation measures. Some of these measures include asking for a vaccine certificate or an immunity test or a covid negative test carried out within 72 hours prior to arrival in Lisbon, not making it impossible to carry out on-site tests whenever the local health authorities deem necessary.

Each person participating shall pay a Participation Fee with the following arrangements:

The abovementioned Participation Fee consists of:
• 7 days, 6 nights accommodation, at the appointed at level others*/3*/4* hotels. Level Others* can be in 2* hotel, or Others like Youth hostel or similar facilities in Twin, Triple, or rooms for 4, 6 or 10 persons, according with the availability and agreement between the delegation and the organising commission.
