Less than a month for the beginning of the 7th TAFISA World Sport for All Games, Lisbon 2021, the final touches are being set for what will be the first Sport for All world event in a virtual model, to be held in the Portuguese capital, with the participation of countries from around the world.
Previously with guaranteed passage through Portugal, the pandemic did not allow the multiple cultures to meet in an exchange of experiences and knowledge, but to assure the event, each international organization was asked to share videos of their traditional games, as well as their emerging sports.
Between the 18th and 24th of June 202ves1, Lisbon will be the Sport for All World Capital and dressed up and painted in colors of the multiple flags, it will exhibit, through a streaming and online broadcasting program, a festival of traditional games, emerging and cultural sports. The event will also include workshops, interviews, chat rooms and webinars.
And so, no one is left behind, and for Portugal can also make itself known to the whole world, the organization of the 7th TAFISA Sport for All Games, Lisbon 2021, has been traveling around the country from side to side, not only to collect the best of traditional games and emerging sports, but also to show the richness of Portuguese culture. TAFISA has also been going to schools in Lisbon, in an exhibition of games, sports and fun, without forgetting the exchange of experiences that has awakened kids and adults’ interest.
All these participations will automatically be part of the legacy of the Games in a world scale, as their videos will be included in an online library that will remain as the compilation of the 7th TAFISA World Sport for All Games, Lisbon 2021.
